Sens. Chris Gebhard and Kristin Phillips-Hill will join Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity to highlight efforts to address waste and further mitigate improper payments made by state government. Treasurer Garrity will unveil the Pennsylvania Treasury Department’s newest Payment Production and Improper Payments Report. Gebhard and Phillips-Hill will announce legislation to reduce improper payment rates made by the commonwealth.
